Our shuttles will be clearly marked with signs reading "Kath & Tim." The busses will also say either "California Wine Tours" or "Evans Transportation." Please only take the bus from your designated pick up location--do not drive to another pick up location, as each bus departing from each pick up location will be filled to capacity!
If you are running late, please call the onsite parking director, Ryan Smith at 707-326-3433 BEFORE 3:00 pm. One bus will depart slightly later than the other ... if you're just a few minutes late, he can hold a bus for you.
Miss the bus? Call Julie Atwood at 707-318-7526, or California Wine Tours at 800-294-6386. Please identify your name, location, and the bride and/or groom's name(s), and we may be able to send a shuttle back for you. Alternately, in Sonoma, you can try Vern's Taxi at 707-938-8885, have them take you to the Atwood Ranch in Glen Ellen. Please do not drive directly to the ranch.
Departures from Atwood Ranch: Shuttles will be on call as needed to take small groups back to their hotels until 9:15-9:30 pm. After that, all shuttles will depart at 10:00 pm. Please ask Atwood Ranch if you need to return before 9:15 pm.
Lose something? Please call 707-935-0621 and let the staff know what was misplaced. They'll do their best to return it to you--just leave your name, phone number, and mailing address. You can also call California Wine Tours/Evans Transportation if you think you may have left something in your shuttle. 800-294-6386.

-Take the Golden Gate Bridge out of San Francisco, stay on 101 North

-Take 580 West to the Richmond/San Rafael Bridge
-Once off the bridge, take 101 North

Directions from 101 North to the Parking Lot:
-Take HIGHWAY 37 EAST towards Vallejo/Napa
-Take the HIGHWAY 121 turn off (at Infineon Raceway) towards Sonoma, stay on 121 for several miles
-Veer to the RIGHT at the intersection of Arnold Drive (Highway 121 / 12) - STAY ON 121
-Drive about 1/2 a mile and turn LEFT onto Highway 12 (sign says "Sonoma/Boyes Hot Springs")
-Follow Highway 12 until you come to the FIRST TRAFFIC LIGHT (NAPA ROAD), turn RIGHT
-Follow Napa Road to the traffic signal at 8th Street East, turn RIGHT
-At approximately 1 mile, you come to a "Y." Veer RIGHT onto SCHELLVILLE ROAD.
-Make an immediate RIGHT into the driveway (21707-21787). Proceed through the gate to the 2nd building on your right. Park as directed
Alternate route from the East Bay:
-Take Highway 80 East
-Take Highway 37 West
-Take Highway 29 North
-After the Napa River Bridge, turn LEFT at the signal onto Highway 121/12
-After several miles, turn RIGHT onto Napa Road (to Sonoma)
-Stay on Napa Road for about 3 miles
-At the first traffic signal, turn LEFT onto 8th STREET EAST
-At approximately 1 mile, you'll come to a "Y" in the road, veer RIGHT onto SCHELLVILLE ROAD
-Immediate RIGHT into the driveway 21707-21787
-Proceed through the gate to the 2nd building on your right
-Park as directed
